The Cake Maker

This giant cupcake was a for a little girl’s first birthday. Accompanying it was 24 similarly coloured cupcakes.

A black and white themed wedding cake was requested by this bride.  She wanted something simple and elegant.  The top tier is the traditional fruit cake which will be kept for their first anniversary.

This colourful creation was requested by a bride who wanted something different. Each layer of the cake is a different flavour. It was great fun creating this for the bride.

 Our Traditional Fruitcakes are made using a time honoured family recipe, with generous quantities of mixed fruit, glace cherries, dates, nuts and Queensland’s own Bundaberg Rum.

All our Christmas cakes are iced, decorated with Christmas ornaments and presented in clear cellophane tied with ribbon.  Perfect as a gift or for your own table this Christmas.  Christmas Cupcakes will be boxed.

A dear friend was turning 100 and I wanted to create something special for her in the way of a cake.  What I came up with was a cake as a rose.  She loved it which was wonderful!

No matter how many times I get asked to make these sorts of cakes, I always love it. They are such a lovely cake for any girl/woman’s birthday.  This one is made from a flourless orange cake and ganached in orange infused white chocolate.
